These businesses, producers, artisans and chefs demonstrate the value of where food comes from by committing to local sourcing, food biodiversity, provenance, encouraging taste and by their contribution to the uniqueness and richness of local food. They have come together for this Winter Snail Trail weekend to provide a snapshot of what it is to be committed to the quality, flavoursome and healthy food that is such a major attraction for these Valleys.
The program is designed to allow people to take their time and explore both Valleys with special dishes and experiences. With the bonuses for Slow Food SA member plus be part of the global movement of local communities fighting for good, clean and fair food.
