We're locked in for the March long weekend and our first birthday celebration is ready to roll.
SATURDAY: The legend that is Michael Corbett and Vanguardist Wines kicks things off, showcasing his exquisite range of wines. We'll have cheese, saucisson, rillettes and pates ready to make your perfect platter to complement the wines.
SUNDAY our perennial favourite Ben-Yi's Kitchen will be back serving his delicious pan fried pork dumplings. We'll also be turning over the turntable to you so bring some of your vinyl collection to share with us. Simon Both from JUNO WINES will be spinning tunes later in the afternoon. Deep Jungle cuts, breakbeat favourites and funky D&B all the way. Also, for anyone unable to make Saturday, the Vanguardist Wines will again be available for tasting or by the glass.
MONDAY we finish off with Maggie from Com-Viet and her fantastic Bao buns and spring rolls. No Eye Deer Brewing will also be on hand to show their great craft beers and talk all things beer. Also, for anyone unable to make Saturday, the Vanguardist Wines will again be available for tasting or by the glass.
