At the helm is esteemed chef and fellow market stallholder Daniel Murphy, who will transform the day's best market produce into a generous, shared style feast. This is food that tells a story – grown locally, sourced directly from the stalls, and cooked with skill, creativity, and a deep respect for seasonality.
Begin your afternoon with a glass of sparkling wine on arrival, paired with thoughtfully curated canapés, before settling in at the table for a three course shared lunch designed to be passed, tasted, and talked about. Each guest will enjoy a glass of red or white wine with lunch, with additional beverages available for purchase from the bar.
