Overview
Fino Seppeltsfield in the heart of Seppeltsfield in the Barossa Valley is the epitome of progressive regional dining in South Australia. The partnership between Fino directors chef David Swain and Front-of-house personality Sharon Romeo has resulted in one of South Australia’s most successful regional restaurants. The Fino philosophy drawn from their commitment to connect to the region, working closely with local farmers and growers with sustainable and seasonal produce, and the enjoyment of every guest.
Executive Chef, Sam Smith, having worked with David and Sharon for 10 years, upholds this long standing Fino food philosophy. He leads the Fino kitchen team using his skills and vast knowledge to curate plates that express both regionality and seasonality whilst supporting small-scale, sustainable producers.
The wine list supports small batch, hand crafted wines that focus on emerging varieties, whilst paying respect to the traditional styles in the Barossa, South Australia and Australia.
Fino Seppeltsfield is open through the Christmas season from 14th December 2020 - 10th January 2021 for lunch (excludes Christmas Day, Boxing Day & New Years Day). with set menu options available.
