Start with a glass of chilled Champagne Charles Heidsieck on arrival while we introduce you to our organic and biodynamic farm. This is followed by a structured and guided tasting of the rare wines that make up our Polygon Project: Polygon 3 Grenache, Polygon 5 Grenache and Polygon 1 Shiraz, as well as the Old Quarter Grenache Shiraz Mataro, Spice Garden Shiraz and our Kin range. Afterwards you’ll enjoy our fresh, seasonal Kitchen Garden Lunch Menu with accompanying wines, followed by a cheese board.
We will visit one of our unique soil pits so that you can really understand our micro-terroir approach, before moving to the winery for a Polygon tasting from concrete eggs and tulips. All of this is accompanied by a detailed Polygon Project booklet for you to take away.
