Your journey begins with a guided visit to our Command Vineyard, planted in 1894 — one of the oldest and most celebrated Shiraz vineyards in the world. From there, you'll be welcomed into our elegant Founders Tasting Room, where a knowledgeable Elderton team member will lead you through a curated selection of our most prestigious estate-grown wines, including rare releases accompanied by a selection of locally sourced cheeses.
