Over the past 3 years, the Eudunda Heritage Gallery has been working with local artisans and groups to beautify local stobie poles. This has led to many poles being decorated with Paint, Mosaic and even Fretwork.
The poles tell stories that relate to the town- be it Historical buildings, important site, flora and fauna from the area.
The majority are situated down the main street, with a few scattered in other significant locations.
These add to all the existing artworks in the area -painted CFS Building, J Dunstan paintings in and on the bakery, Mosaic works in the Gardens, painted silos and more.
Only a 45-minute drive from town- well worth a day trip, or stay longer at our caravan park or motel
