AJ Pike Band, a five-piece jazz ensemble, will perform across the evening while guests enjoy a three-course dinner. The menu will take subtle inspiration from early twentieth-century influences, reflected in both the food and atmosphere, while remaining grounded in seasonal produce and Skillogalee's style of hospitality.
