To celebrate the 2026 Clare Valley Festival of the Lamb, they are offering an exclusive 6-course gluten-free Degustation Lunch featuring local lamb and estate-grown handcrafted wines, showcasing the vibrant and authentic flavours of Mintaro and the Clare Valley region.

Head Chef Luke Smith has curated six gluten-free degustation-style courses showcasing the finest Mintaro lamb using seasonal and local ingredients.

Paired with five of winemaker/owner Justin Ardill's handcrafted, premium wines, you'll spend the afternoon celebrating food and wine from a beautiful region.
