The team from Fogo & Braza will keep the fires burning for their Brazilian Churrasco (open-fire BBQ) - Churrasco is a Latin American and Brazilian style of Barbecue featuring grilled, skewered and slow-roasted meats, known for intense flavour and open-fire cooking.
Plus we'll have our range of wines available, along with local Sawmill Gin, beers, RTD's and non-alcoholic options. If it rains we've got you covered - we're under-cover on the deck with a fireplace and plenty of heaters on hand if need be but there' nothing like a good churrasco to warm you up!
