Lets Get Blended with Knappstein Wines

Our blending experience lets you be a winemaker for the day with our interactive experience hosted by our winemaking and cellar door team.

Offered on Wednesday's and Saturday's, our wine blending session is a hands-on experience taking you through the art of winemaking before being unleashed to create your own master red wine blend. Weekend session will be available on request.

The experience includes: a welcome drink on arrival; 45 Minute interactive winemaking class finishing with a private tasting of the Knappstein range in our cellar door.

Held in the original Enterprise Brewery building circa 1878 you will learn about the history of our heritage listed property and how it was transformed from a working brewery to a winery. You will then be guided through the process of wine blending, get tasting tips from our team and learn about what makes our region so unique.
