Forged in Steel Music Festival is a one night outdoor live music event being delivered by Open Eyre Events at Ada Ryan Gardens, Whyalla.
Built around Whyalla's steel heritage and strong regional community culture, the event will transform the gardens into a professionally managed open-air concert space featuring a purpose-built stage, full concert production, licensed bar areas, food vendors, premium viewing spaces and family-friendly zones.
The festival will feature nationally recognised headline band The Screaming Jets plus acts including Funky Monks (Red Hot Chilli Peppers tribute), Funk Me (multi-decade party classics) and These Days (Powderfinger tribute), alongside local Eyre Peninsula musicians. The event is designed as an all ages, inclusive regional music experience expected to attract approximately 1,000+ attendees from Whyalla, the Eyre Peninsula and broader regional South Australia.
