Oysterfest Ceduna

Eyre Peninsula

Celebrated every October over the South Australian Labour Day long weekend since 1991. Ceduna, also known as the Oyster Capital of Australia hosts one of the nations largest oyster
festivals on the beautiful shores of Murat Bay..

The event offers free entry and a varied program of activities including live entertainment, kid’s zone and carnival rides, competitions for all ages, specialty cuisines, stunt performances and cooking demonstrations.

Far enough away from bustling city life to keep its pristine conditions and solitude, Ceduna and surrounds on the Far West Coast offers unrivalled sunsets, spectacular beaches and is bordered by isolated bushland, giving travellers an unspoilt, uncrowded and uniquely different place to
holiday.
