Ideal for families and small groups, the home overlooks CM Thorpe Reserve, complete with a playground and sandy lake access. Encounter Bay is just a five-minute walk away, perfect for beach time or a coffee at the iconic Yilki Store.

The home comfortably sleeps guests across four bedrooms, including three with queen beds and a fourth with two singles, ideal for children. The master bedroom features an ensuite and walk-in robe, and a porta cot is available for infants.

Guests have access to kayaks and life jackets, along with an undercover outdoor area and gas BBQ for relaxed summer dining. Quality linen, bedding and towels are included for a seamless stay.

Located in the quiet residential area of Encounter Lakes, the property offers driveway and street parking. Strictly no parties, pets or smoking. Life jackets must be worn on the lake and children supervised at all times.
