Leeside

Located on the banks of the Murray River in the historic river port town of Goolwa, Leeside is a welcoming family holiday home designed for relaxed coastal living. Inspired by Grandpa and Grandma Lee's love of bringing family together, the home offers a comfortable and inclusive space for guests of all ages to unwind.

In sailing terms, the "leeside" is the sheltered side of the boat, and the home reflects this idea perfectly. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame ever-changing river views while providing a peaceful place to relax and stay connected to the landscape.

Guests can begin the day with coffee overlooking the water or wind down with a glass of local wine while watching yachts, houseboats, pelicans and black swans drift past. Located directly across from the Goolwa Yacht Club and right on the Encounter Bikeway, the home is ideally positioned to explore the region.

Leeside sleeps six guests across three bedrooms, including a master with ensuite. The home also features a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms plus a powder room, comfortable living spaces and all linen and essentials provided.

Guests can enjoy the use of two stand-up paddleboards, and a selection of games, creating the perfect memorable Goolwa escape.
