Perfectly positioned in the seaside town of Middleton, the home provides an easy escape where guests can enjoy the laid-back rhythm of South Coast living.

Guests can start the day with a morning coffee on the rear deck while looking out over the waves and breathing in the fresh sea air. Inside, the home features a bright open-plan kitchen, dining and living area designed for easy holiday living. The property includes three comfortable bedrooms, each with a queen bed, and two bathrooms, allowing families or small groups to enjoy their stay with plenty of space.

Year-round comfort is ensured with split-system heating and cooling upstairs, while the backyard and outdoor deck create the perfect setting for alfresco meals or relaxing after a day at the beach.
