The home was fully renovated in 2020 inside and out and provides a light and bright family friendly environment. It is located in a quiet cul de sac that has a lane that takes you directly to the sand and surf of Boomer Beach. Wi-Fi and Linen included.

There is also easy access to the popular Encounter bike track for walking or riding along the foreshore.

Inside there are 3 bedrooms with 1 king bed, 1 queen bed and 4 single bunk beds, a separate toilet and bathroom, and an open plan kitchen, living and dining area with essential features including TV, DVD player, Wi-Fi and a Nespresso compatible coffee machine (guests to provide their own coffee) as well as a split cycle air conditioner for heating and cooling. The backyard is child friendly and fully enclosed. It provides plenty of space for outdoor activities. There is a BBQ, outdoor table and chairs, and even a fire pit with sweeping views over the rolling hills of the Fleurieu Peninsula.
