Each cottage comprises a bedroom, one bathroom, and a kitchen hardwood viewing deck, accommodating two guests comfortably.
The Cottages have elevated panoramic views over an expansive and private natural bush setting to the Angas River - you would not know that you are in the centre of Strath. Bird life abounds early mornings and at dusk.
High Street and four hotels are only a stone's throw away, around 200-350 metres from either cottage's front and back doors.
Central Cottage contains a romantic winter open fireplace. Both cottages have king beds equipped with luxurous bedding and furnishings, and both have direct private access to the Angas River. No other property offers direct Angas River access, linking up to the Soldiers Memorial Gardens.
We can also organise personalised horse and cart tours with pick up and drop off from your door, however pre-booking is highly recommended. Try the horse and cart experience for a wedding, or book it for a 'Strathalbyn Cottages Historical Tour'.
Both Cottages are interconnectable and are suitable for guests with discerning modern tastes.
