The home has room for the whole extended family, both inside and out, and an open-plan living area with ocean views, downstairs rumpus rooms, and an upstairs television room, meaning that everyone has their own space to relax indoors.

While outdoors, the tennis court and lawned area are perfect for games, and of course, our property is within metres of the beach for walking, swimming, or surfing. Mountain bikes and helmets are provided for guests use to explore the Encounter Bikeway which runs from the front of the house along the coast to Victor Harbor or Goolwa.
