Winter’s cold dark days are perfect for a taste exploration of the time honoured art of whisky production on the water’s edge in the river port of Goolwa. Created from grain to glass in the historic Railway Goods Shed, Fleurieu whisky releases have been consistently recognised with national and international awards since 2018. From dark and luscious peated offerings, cask strength warmers and light fragrant sippers, you can enjoy a suggested flight or customise your own.
