Sourcing seasonal ingredients from our kitchen garden, the menu is influenced by chef Karena Armstrong’s many travels across the globe. From China, India, Italy and France, we are inspired by our garden and the many amazing local producers.
Our bar is curated by Inn Keeper Alex Marchetti. With a selection of over 250 gins from Australia and abroad, and a cellar boasting over 600 wines from everywhere, there will be something new for you to discover.
