The experience begins with a deep dive into gnocchi fundamentals. Learn about the different styles of gnocchi, ingredient selection, dough texture and the techniques that separate light, pillowy gnocchi from dense or gluey versions.
Guests are guided step by step through making gnocchi from scratch, learning how to mix, shape and handle the dough correctly. You will gain confidence in reading the dough by touch, adjusting for moisture and achieving the ideal consistency every time.
Sauce pairing principles and flavour balance are explained during the session, with a simple sauce prepared as a demonstration and served as a sample at the end of the class to showcase how gnocchi should be finished and
served.
To ensure a personalised and engaging experience, the group works hands-on with guidance throughout the session, allowing for individual instruction and practical tips you can take home and use again.
The experience concludes with a shared tasting of the finished gnocchi, served with the prepared sample sauce in a relaxed and social setting.
