Jamestown is a charming historic town nestled on the banks of the beautiful Belalie Creek, surrounded by the stunning Southern Flinders Ranges. Just 200kms north of Adelaide, the perfect destination for a relaxing getaway.

Be sure to stop by the Jamestown Visitor Information Outlet, where you can pick up a local guidebook and chat with one of our friendly volunteers. They'll share insider tips and the 'good oil' on things to do around town. We offer a variety of self-guided tours, both walking and driving, so you can explore at your own pace. Don't miss our local museum, art gallery, historic diggers walk, and of course, the story of R.M. Williams – a true icon, and the town's proud birthplace.

While in Jamestown, immerse yourself in the natural beauty of the area. Take a leisurely stroll through Bundaleer Forest or enjoy some peaceful fishing at the nearby reservoir.
As a volunteer-run organization, we're here to help you make the most of your visit. You'll find us at the Memorial Hall in the heart of Jamestown –just look for the flag - it's easy to find!

Come and discover the charm of Jamestown – we can't wait to welcome you!
