Fly north over the Flinders Ranges and out across Kati Thanda – Lake Eyre, where water is now flowing in volumes not seen for generations. From above, this vast inland sea comes alive, its scale, movement and rare beauty creating a moment few will ever witness.

Touch down at William Creek, widely considered Australia's most remote pub, before continuing by air deep into Channel Country to the legendary Birdsville Hotel. Here, red dunes, big skies and rich outback character set the scene for an overnight stay, complete with sunset at Big Red.

Return south tracing ancient river systems and desert landscapes before landing back at the Prairie Hotel.
