Hovering over the stunning Kangaroo Island coastline, Topdeck at Snelling Beach is an energy sustainable, luxury escape peering over the winding Middle River as it meets the ocean. Designed as a sanctuary from the busy, modern life, Topdeck provides a space for you to retreat, relax and indulge in a truly unique location on the Island’s North Coast. With four bedrooms and two bathrooms, it can comfortably accommodate up to ten adults.
Thoughtfully designed to maximise the awe-inspiring surroundings, almost all rooms throughout the house feature huge double-glazed windows that allow you to drink in the views and let the natural light stream in, except of course if you choose to take advantage of the block-out window treatments (we know a sleep-in is necessary when on holidays).
Equipped with all the creature comforts of home, this recently built home is the ideal base for exploring the Island, and the perfect spot to enjoy some sensational sunsets while you watch the native wildlife on the hills around you (with a glass of local wine in hand of course).
Topdeck at Snelling Beach is just over an hour from Penneshaw (and the Sealink ferry terminal) and 45 minutes from Kingscote (and the airport), Middle River and Snelling Beach make for the ultimate getaway.
