Flinders Chase Nation­al Park is a must for any Kan­ga­roo Island parks adven­ture. This vast area of wilder­ness fea­tures the icon­ic Remark­able Rocks, Admi­rals Arch and a long-nosed fur seal colony.

The Waterfall Creek Hike follows a trail down to a creek and onto steeping stones that lead you to a winding trail to a lookout with stunning seasonal waterfall.

Access: This hike begins in the car park in the Western River Wilderness Protection Area, off Colmans Road.

Entry to this park is free until 6 April, 2026 as part of the State Government's Algal Bloom Summer Plan, which aims to protect South Australia's coast, back coastal communities and support our summer lifestyle.
