Hosted by Hentley Farm founders Keith and Ali Hentschke, the weekend unfolds through a curated program of fireside masterclasses, relaxed lunches and elegant dinners. Guests will explore rare and museum release wines alongside current vintages, including vertical tastings of the acclaimed 'The Beast' and 'Clos Otto' Shiraz. From a Blanc de Noir welcome on arrival to a showpiece Icon degustation dinner, each moment reveals the stories, craft and provenance behind every glass.

Between tastings, guests may discover the lodge's signature experiences, from guided coastal walks to encounters with Kangaroo Island's abundant wildlife.
