Just a 25-minute drive from Mount Gambier along the coastline, you will find Carpenter Rocks' very own motel-style accommodation. Located in a small fishing town, Carpenter Rocks is best know for it beaches, dirt bike and 4WD trails, swimming and great fishing spots.

The motel is brand new and offers three different modern private room types. Apartment 1 offers two bedrooms with space to fit six guests, a fully equipped kitchen with gas cooking, a 50-inch TV and comfy lounge space. Both bedrooms have smart TVs. The apartment offers a spacious private bathroom with a bath and a separate toilet. Rooms 2 and 3 offer private single rooms with a queen bed and roll-out single, equipped with a kitchenette and specious bathrooms. All rooms have smart TVs, books and games. There is a parking space on site, and the main laundry, which has a washer, dryer, and sink area, is shared between the three private rooms. The motel is 40 metres off the beach and within walking distance to the general store, tennis courts and the playground with BBQ area.
