Kilsby Sinkhole is home to its very own distillery, producing the award-winning Sinkhole Gin and Limoncello Gin. Distilled on-site, they are produced from the sinkhole's crystal clear limestone-filtered water and locally grown native botanicals.

Indulge in a tasting session of Sinkhole Gin, made with water from the aquifer that feeds Kilsby Sinkhole and botanicals sourced from the Limestone Coast. Tastings are exclusively available for guests with prebooked snorkelling sessions or sinkhole tours.
