Our Piece of Pyap offers visitors the most relaxing and tranquil stay on a 20 acre property with direct water access to Pyap Lagoon.
The house accommodates up to 10 guests with two King beds and two bunk beds (single over double bed).
Perfect for family getaways or a couples retreat with the main bedroom offering a private ensuite with double shower head, modern facilities and water views.
There is a large outdoor entertainment area offering a woodfire place, large TV and a dining area for up to 10 guests. The top shed is equipped with a BBQ, fridge and games room for the family including a table tennis table, dart board and various outdoor games.
A second fire pit near outdoor table chairs and umbrellas is also available to use near the water edge to maximise the most beautiful views.
Our Piece of Pyap is great for fishing swimming or water sports, bring your boat, canoe or tinny.
With some of the most inviting local wineries, cellar doors and breweries are within driving distance including: Whistling Kite Wines, Banrock Station, Berri Estate Wines, Bassham Wines, and Woolshed Brewery - these are only some of what the Riverland has to offer.
