Step outside your comfort zone and rediscover your hometown in this hands-on visual arts workshop with Saskia & Shadow.
Comfort Zone invites artists of all levels to explore mixed media techniques, transforming 2D works into dynamic 3D creations. Guided by reflection on textures, colours, and local stories, participants will reimagine familiar landmarks, memories, and hidden corners of home. Push creative boundaries and uncover new perspectives of place and belonging.
Artworks created will feature in the first Waikerie Pocket Galleries exhibition — celebrating artistic innovation and the spirit of our region.

<p>Welcomes and assists people who have challenges with learning, communication, understanding and behaviour. (includes people with autism, intellectual disability, Down syndrome, acquired brain injury (ABI), dyslexia and dementia)</p><p>Caters for people with sufficient mobility to climb a few steps but who would benefit from fixtures to aid balance. (This includes people using walking frames and mobility aids)</p><p>Caters for people with high support needs who travel with a support person.</p><p>Caters for people who use a wheelchair.</p>
