Avella House is a spacious, self-contained holiday home located within The Dunes Port Hughes, ideal for families, friends or corporate guests travelling for work or leisure.
With five bedrooms (king, two queens, bunk room and two singles), the house sleeps up to 10 guests. Quilts and pillows are provided; guests can BYO linen (sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels) or hire linen through the Country Getaways office.
The master bedroom includes an ensuite with shower and toilet. The main bathroom is a practical three-way layout with separate shower, bath and toilet. Reverse cycle ducted air conditioning throughout the home and ceiling fans in all bedrooms provide year-round comfort.
Relax in the generous living area with a large wall-mounted TV, DVD player, DVDs, puzzles and games. The well-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave and large fridge/freezer, plus complimentary coffee making facilities.
Outside, enjoy a shaded undercover entertaining area with barbecue and a secure fenced lawned backyard with a netball ring. Off-street driveway parking is available for up to two cars, or one car and a boat. A fish cleaning sink is provided, with the boat ramp a short drive away.
Avella House is an easy walk to the golf links, pro shop and café, and around five minutes on foot to Port Hughes' South Beach.
