Blue Line Retreat Unit 1 is a charming two-bedroom unit that comfortably accommodates up to five guests. Nestled in a prime location, it offers easy access to all amenities, making it an ideal spot for a holiday or fishing getaway. The kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dining table and chairs, and a ceiling fan, ensuring a pleasant cooking and dining experience.

The lounge area is cozy, featuring a TV and DVD player for entertainment. Each bedroom is fitted with a split system reverse cycle air-conditioner, which efficiently cools down the entire unit, providing a comfortable environment regardless of the weather. The main bathroom boasts a double shower and a toilet, while a second bathroom also includes a shower and toilet, adding convenience for guests.

Outside, the private undercover courtyard is perfect for relaxation, complete with a Webber Q BBQ, outdoor seating, a ceiling fan, lounge, TV, and stereo. The sleeping arrangements include a queen bed in the first bedroom and a tri-bunk (double on the bottom, single on top) in the second bedroom, offering flexible sleeping options. There is ample parking space available for both cars and boats.

Guests can also take advantage of shared facilities, including a laundry, fish cleaning and crab cooker area, and a boat/motor wash area equipped with hoses. Small dogs are welcome by arrangement.
