Located in the heart of Maitland at the top end of the main street, it's just a short stroll to local shopping and places of interest. It overlooks the golf course which surrounds the town. The cottage sleeps up to four with a queen bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the lounge.
Split system heating cooling keeps you comfortable all year round. The large stylish open living area has a flat screen plasma television and DVD with an additional television in bedroom.
The fully equipped kitchen has a microwave and hotplates. A front load washing machine is supplied in the bathroom.
