Located an easy walk to the Balgowan beachfront, Escape by the Dunes is a single-level holiday house with a large spacious yard.
Escape by the Dunes sleeps up to eight people in third bedrooms, with two bedrooms in the main house – queen, bunk; and a rumpus room with a third bedroom – double and bunk. Quilts and pillows are provided, but guests will need to bring their linen with them, or linen can be hired.
There are two bathrooms with the main bathroom having a walk-in shower, with a separate toilet. In the rumpus room is a bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet.
The open plan living area has air-conditioning, while the rumpus room bedroom has air-conditioning. The queen and bunk bedrooms in the main house have ceiling fans.
The lounge room in the main house has seating, a large television, VCR player and videos, plus board games and complimentary WiFi access.
There is a well-equipped kitchen with an electric stove, microwave, rainwater, coffee plunger and large fridge/freezer, plus a slow cooker, toaster and air fryer.
Outside, the large undercover entertaining area has dining seating, an outdoor lounge and a barbecue.
Pets are welcome inside (no cats), and the rear yard is fenced.
Off-street parking for up to three cars and a boat in the driveway, and the Balgowan boat ramp is nearby.
