Located in a cul-de-sac with seaviews overlooking Moonta Bay's Simms Cove Beach, Moonta Magic is a great holiday house for families or couples travelling together.
Moonta Magic has 5 bedrooms across 2 levels and can sleep up to 12 people. Downstairs is the master king bedroom, and a trio bunk bedroom; and upstairs is another king, queen, and a bedroom with a king & king single. Quilts and pillows are provided, but guests will need to bring their linen, or linen can be hired.
There is an ensuite bathroom downstairs with shower and toilet, and an additional toilet downstairs. Upstairs the main bathroom has a bath and separate shower; and separate toilet.
Moonta Magic has ducted air-conditioning throughout for year-round comfort.
Both levels have a spacious lounge room, each with large televisions, plus DVD players, DVD's and books. The upstairs balcony with seating, and seaviews across the bay and Simms Cove.
Downstairs is an open plan living area, and fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the outdoor patio and backyard.
Guests can relax in the undercover entertaining patio, with seating, dart board and barbecue overlooking the lawned and secure rear yard.
There is s a fish cleaning area in the backyard and off-street boat parking.
There is off-street driveway parking for up to 3 vehicles, or space for 2 cars and a boat.
