Apartment 1 is a ground floor apartment on the southern side of the complex and features three bedrooms with two queen beds, two single beds and two trundles, sleeping up to eight guests. All bedrooms include wall-mounted televisions. Quilts and pillows are provided, with guests to supply their own linen or hire through the Country Getaways office.
The apartment includes an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet, plus a main bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. Ducted air-conditioning throughout ensures year-round comfort.
The open plan living area includes a well-equipped kitchen with gas stove, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine, adjoining the lounge and dining areas. A private verandah offers outdoor dining, a hooded gas barbecue and views across the bay.
