Sun nā Sand is spacious with a large rear yard and plenty of off-street parking.
Three bedrooms ā one queen, one queen, a trio bunk, and a bunk ā sleep nine. Quilts, blankets, and pillows are provided, but you can bring your own linen or hire it through the Country Getaways office.
The queen bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a shower and toilet, plus a main bathroom with a shower and separate bath, as well as a separate toilet.
There is a television and DVD player in the master bedroom, and all three bedrooms have ceiling fans.
The kitchen is well-equipped with an electric stove, microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. There are also two additional fridge/freezers located in the garage rumpus room.
There is a pool table in the air-conditioned rumpus room adjoining the house.
There is a sheltered outdoor dining area at the rear overlooking the yard. The rear yard is secure with a lawned area.
Beach access is approximately 350 metres away via a public walkway located at the end of Percy Street.
There is off-street parking for up to four vehicles in a long driveway and in front of the house.
There is a fish cleaning sink in the rear yard, plus a crab cooking pot for use on the barbecue.
