The Catch is renovated with family holidays in mind; this three-bedroom holiday home accommodates up to 11 guests with only a short walk to the beach.
Open plan kitchen with electric stove, microwave, fridge/freezer, Nespresso coffee machine (BYO pods), dining, living area, TV with USB port, split system reverse cycle air-conditioner.
Three bedrooms, all with fans (two with ceiling fans and one with a pedestal fan). The main bathroom features a shower, vanity, and WC. The second bathroom, located at the back under the rear verandah, includes a shower, vanity, and separate WC. Laundry with a top-loading washing machine.
Games room with TV, table tennis table, small table and chairs, combustion heater (BYO wood). Large under cover rear deck with outdoor setting, gas flat top BBQ.
Fish cleaning facility, plenty of parking for cars and boats.
Bed configuration - bed 1 - queen plus bunk, bed 2 - 1 bunk plus 1 tri-bunk (double on bottom single on top), bed 3 - queen.
Pillows and quilts are provided, you will need to bring your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels.
Stansbury is a small sea side town with an excellent beach, hotel, playground, cafe, post office, hairdresser, butcher, chemist, service station, IGA, museum, information centre and golf course.
