Quilts and pillows are provided, with linen available to hire through Country Getaways. Two elegant upstairs bathrooms include a master ensuite with walk-in shower and a main bathroom with bath and separate shower, plus a third toilet located downstairs.

Year-round comfort is assured with reverse cycle air-conditioning, ceiling fans throughout, excellent natural airflow and expansive glass windows that capture the marina and eastern coastline. The upstairs mezzanine provides a tranquil viewing space overlooking the marina and Gulf St Vincent.

The beautifully appointed living area includes a large smart television with Netflix, complimentary WiFi, curated games and books. The designer kitchen is fully equipped with quality appliances including a Nespresso coffee machine, wine fridge and a generous dining setting for ten.

Outdoor entertaining is a standout, with waterfront deck seating, sheltered courtyard, Weber Q barbecue and direct pontoon access. Guests can moor their boat, fish from the pontoon and enjoy on-site fish cleaning facilities and a crab cooker.
