Shaded outdoor area, gas BBQ, outdoor setting. Large lawned area, fully fenced yard. Fishing cleaning facility. House only can be rented throughout the year excluding long weekends, Christmas/new year school holidays where the house and unit must be rented. Unit on it’s own is not available for rent.
