Thistle Do

Located just a five-minute walk from the sands of Moonta Bay, Thistle Do is a compact, single-level holiday house ideal for families or small groups seeking a relaxed coastal getaway. With a games room, large fenced yard and off-street parking, it offers comfort and convenience close to the beach.

Thistle Do sleeps up to six guests across three bedrooms (queen, double, double). Quilts and pillows are provided, with linen available to hire if required. The home includes one bathroom with shower and toilet, plus a separate second toilet.

Guests can enjoy year-round comfort with evaporative cooling, reverse cycle split-system air-conditioning throughout, ceiling fans, and a combustion heater (BYO wood). The lounge room features a large television, Blu-ray player, DVDs, board games and books, while each bedroom is also equipped with a television.

The well-equipped kitchen includes an electric stove, microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge/freezer. Outdoors, the undercover entertaining area overlooks the spacious, fully fenced rear yard and includes seating, dining and a hooded gas barbecue.

Additional features include laundry facilities, fish cleaning area, and parking for two cars with room for a boat. Pets are welcome by prior arrangement. Moonta Bay jetty, beach and Splash Town water park are within easy walking distance, with Port Hughes and Moonta township just a short drive away.
