Three by the Sea is a lovely renovated 4-bedroom holiday home situated on the back beach esplanade. Accommodating up to 8 guests, short walk to the beach, plenty of room for parking and the boat.
Kitchen with electric stove, grill and oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, small supply of sugar, tea/coffee. Delonghi coffee pod machine (BYO pods).
Dining area with table and chairs (please note: combustion heater in picture is not for use).
Living area with large smart TV, two seater lounge. Ceiling fan between dining area and living area.
Main bedroom and 2nd bedroom both have a split system reverse cycle air-conditioner, these service the living/dining area as well.
Bathroom with vanity, shower, separate w/c.
Laundry with top loading washing machine, laundry trough, fridge/freezer.
Front deck with picnic table, ceiling fan, 4 burner hooded gas BBQ. Large grassed area. Fire pit (to be used in non fire season only)
Rear yard with fish cleaning facility, small table/chairs, crab cooker.
