Here at The Bond Store Wallaroo our gleaming copper still "Ginger" is the heart of our craft distillery, located in our downstairs cocktail bar.

This is where owners Elisa and Andrea blends a unique selection of botanical to make our award winning range of gins and liqueurs and also the location of our Gin Masterclass.

Explore the botannicals, aromatics and native herbs that make our distinctive spirits, and the handcrafted process that brings them to life. Enjoy a tour of the distillery, and a gin tasting flight where you can experience the influence of various mixers. From the tasting flight, you'll then select your favourite gin and our expert staff will use it to create your very own signature cocktail.
