Start the day with a flight of premium sparkling wines from arguably Australia’s finest sparkling producer at Deviation Rd. Next, it’s Chardonnay and friends at the Hills’ pioneering Tapanappa vineyard, planted in the 1970’s by Brian Croser.

Wine matched with local cheeses await at Shaw + Smith, who are known for producing spectacular Pinot & Chardonnay wines from across the Hills region.

With lunch included at the Uraidla Hotel, you’ll also enjoy a visit to the ‘wine tank’ – a converted water-tank housing dozens of super boutique Hills wines available to taste with your Sommelier host.
