Pull up a stool in South Australia and sample the sweet labour of vintages past. Almost all of South Australia is 'wine country' and it's our culture to celebrate the rich history of world class wine making. From McLaren Vale, Barossa and Clare Valley wine, the production of wine in all 18 South Australian regions is closely linked to our social calendar. After all, Adelaide is the official Great Wine Capital of Australia. Every month in 2021 rejoice in a particular moment in (wine) time at one of our celebratory festivals; Crush Festival marks the beginning of vintage, Winter Reds Festival is a communal blessing of Syrah, Grenache and all other crimson grape choices and Chardonnay May pays homage to the king of white grapes.
